FAQ

How do I sign up for this trip? Email the Mulege Rotary Club at mulegerotary.org to be added to our list.

What about air travel? Air travel arrangements are not included due to the variety of starting points we anticipate participants coming from. You will need to book your own air passage into Loreto International Airport (LTO) on January 21 and departing on January 26th.

What if I want to stay longer or arrive/depart on a different day? Travel arrangements for the group are based on January 21st arrival and January 26th departure. If you choose to arrive or depart on a different day you will be responsible for your own airport transportation and hotel nights outside of the group itinerary.

What should I bring?  Your club trading banner, a swimsuit, bug spray, sunblock or a hat, clothing for both warm and cool weather, good walking shoes, pesos or an ATM card that can be used for a withdrawal in Mexico.

How much free time will there be during the trip? There will be activities scheduled each day, but not all day. Accommodations will be centrally located within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

Who else is going on the trip? This trip is open to all Rotarians and a plus one with an interest in Mulege/Baja. As the event approaches and trip details are added, we will send group emails/introductions.

Price

We estimate that the cost will come out to about $700 USD per person based on double occupancy. This will include transportation, lodging, activities, and a couple of group meals. This does not include airfare.
